Free Trial

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Financial disputes
  • User-generated content
  • Third-party service failures
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service availability

12. Modifications to Service
